Let’s remember the paratroopers that played a key role the night before d day. I feel like the 101st and other paratrooper units should get more recognition for what they did. We should also remember the French resistance who supplied crucial intelligence on the Germans and blew up Bridges and railroads slowing German reinforcements headed to Normandy and possibly saving the whole operation.
