Mythology is not history and shouldn’t be allowed.

The basic rule, and the reason for this sub to exist, is to post memes about history. While I don’t claim to be the owner of the definition of history, there is a very clear difference between the common definition of history and mythology. Not only that, if we accept greek mythology memes to be posted here, we must also accept christian, muslin, buddhist and whstever menes here, even Lord of the Rings. Obviously, historical facts related to mythology are good. For example, a post about the inquisition (which was based on christian mythology) is ok, but if we accept a meme about the devil and christ talking on the top of a mountain then we have to accept a meme about Tom Bombadil saving the hobbits from killer trees. via /r/HistoryMemes http://bit.ly/2sKJZ5Z
