I added that not only do I think eSports is a sport, but that it is the future of sports. I don’t think real sports will ever disappear per se, just that with the added flexibility and additional dimensions allowable by a virtual world, game designers can throw any number of hard-as-hell problems to pros to solve, and since players know how hard these are to solve- the spectator potential is just magnified.
