Winner of the banner competition

G’day r/HistoryMemesAs you know, a banner competition has been running for nearly two weeks now and it is now ended. Thank you to all the competitors who participated, I really appreciate you guys taking time out of your days to help out the subreddit. However, there can be only one winner and it is u/PaladinofAbyss with this entry. There were a lot of good ideas with the other entries made, however, I chose this one as it looked the best while still displaying a variety of time periods.Note: The banner will not be implemented immediately as it needs to be fixed up a little. It looks fine when in the preview but cuts a bit of the bottom off when actually viewed on a subreddit and cuts off the sides on mobile so I will see what I can do with the winner to fix that up.(Original contest thread) via /r/HistoryMemes https://ift.tt/2W3kb1t
